Skill ME-CXRealized through mechanics in aluminum ME type (extraction X axis mobile on the Z axis trolley) and CX type (extraction X axis fixed on the Z axis trolley) both with vertical axis single stroke or telescopic. This new range of products has a simple and intutive software allowing the complete axis management through free programming functions.
Orderly deposit, palletizing and external machinery management are among the main activities of this robot. Skill ControllerThe control unit of the Skill series robots, of the CX and ME models, is composed of a CN and 3 integrated servo drivers in the motors, all without occupying space on the ground and featuring easy maintenance. The man-machine interface features a graphic display (8 lines, 20 characters) and keys dedicated to the direct movement of the axes. The programming system allows the user to create free working cycles and not restricted to any mandatory sequence.
X-Series CORealized through mechanics CO type (X axis extraction fixed on the Z axis trolley with no obstruction on the hopper-side of the injection IMM), these robots are devoted to the handling of pieces produced by small and medium tonnage molding machines (from 40 up to 400 tons) with payload up to 12 Kgs. The axes are managed from brushless synchronous motors with integrated drive, and this solution allows the realization of a small control box mounted on the Z axis. Transmission is made with epicycloidal reducers and toothed belts, and axes sliding is on prismatic reducers with recirculating balls. The programming is performed through a comfortable and portable remote controller with a color high resolution TFT display.
These models are available with Y-axis both single-stroke and telescopic with pneumatic balancing (indicated with B, H), all of them double-guide. The wrist, besides C axis may be supplied with AB pneumatic axis and B electric axis as well. |
X-Series SMRealized through mechanics devoted to side entry, on the opposite operator side of the injection molding machine (from 100 up to 800 tons), these robots have three Cartian axes freely programmable. The axis enable the collection of the pieces on the fixed platen and on the mobile one in combination with the wrist rotation (dedicated to tipping over the piece from the mold picking vertical position to the storing horizontal position). They guarantee the management of a wide working area outside the machine for neat storing, palletizing, inserts collection and other operations.
The robots structure was planned both for traditional fixing on the machine fixed platen and for independent structure fixed on the ground. Available in two models with loading up to 12 kgs, they are ideal for: working cycles that are particularly fast (2,5"), for IML applications and wherever height limitations above the IMM exist, thus preventing the use of traditional robots. The brushless synchronous motors are managed by driving gears located on the self-standing control cabinet, the programming can also be performed through a portable and ergonomic remote controller, equipped with TFT color display. X-Series MCRealized through mechanics MC type (extraction X axis mobile on teh Z axis trolley), these robots are devoted to the handling of pieces produced by medium/big tonnage molding machines (from 200 to 6000 tons) with payload from 6 to 120 Kb. The brushless synchronous motors are managed by driving gears located on a control cabinet mounted on board of the robot from model MC2 up to MC3 and with cabinet on ground starting from MC4 up to MC6. Transmission is made with epicycloidal reducers, toothed belts and racks with oblique teeth and axes sliding is on prismatic guides with recirulating silenced balls. The programming is performed through a comfortable and portable remote controller with a color high-res TFT display. These models are available with Y axis both single-stroke and telescopic (indicated with L, H, M, B, T), all of them double-guide with pneumatic balancing (excluding B version). The wrist, besides C axis may be supplied with AB pneumatic axis and B electronic axis as well.
E - X Series and EVO ControllersThe control unit of the e-Series and X-Series model robots is governed by a CNC installed with professional operating system that allows real-time applications. The interface between control and drive is fully digital and allows excellent performance in handling axes. The e-Series and X-Series controller uses a well established programming method:
